    The repairs were set up on the wrong range. The tech called and had the ticket corrected. He was very professional and efficient. He checked and made sure the range was working before he left. The Customer Service department, setting up the appointment and calling back to discuss the warranty on the range I was no longer using was worthless. 7 people later, 5 transfers, 3 chats, holds and got disconnected twice. 1st after holding for 40 minutes the rep picked up while talking in the background and hung up. The 2nd time, rep hung up as I was telling her what was going on, again after holding for another 20 minutes. extremely unsatisfied with the Customer Service Process.
