Only giving 2 stars because maybe the staff was new or there was a language barrier.
Went in for a 60 min hot stone massage.
They had me pay before I even got the massage so I did not leave a tip YET (I thought this was already weird that they would charge me before a service).
I asked the lady multiple times to not massage my left arm because my birth control is in it, she spent 15 mins on that arm anyway. There were no hot stones done even though I paid for them, I asked the lady at the end of the massage she still didn’t use them.

I have been coming here weekly for a year and its my go to place for deep tissue massage. Joanne the owner is strong and helps me manage sport injuries. They do a great job, I highly recommend.

Excellent service and great massages! I saw some of the negative reviews on the tips, and was apprehensive at first, but I went for my first massage and it was a great experience. They did NOT push me to leave a tip, since it is one on one service, i don't think people should complain about leaving a tip for your therapist, if you go to a restaurant you would leave a 10 to 15% for your waitress unless you didn't enjoy their service, They have been totally professional, courteous and polite and the massage therapists are great - they know what they are doing. Only negative part about this place is you might have a little issue communicating with them at first since they are not native speakers but it all worked out well at the end !! I look forward to many massages here in the future.
