Great experience, it was not the best circumstances the reason for visiting, I had a sick puppy that I had recently got, we had him for a week. we had already fell in love with him especially my daughter. We noticed the puppy was sick. We took him to the to legacy animal emergency hospital. From time we entered we were greeted with kindness we were and a room immediately, it was nice and clean, very professional. We got news that was devastating, the doctor on duty was very understanding. You could see the compassion as she talked, and as she speak, even though it was news, neither one of us wanted to hear. Very happy with the service I received here Saturday night. Dr. Levi Hancock and Jenelle took great care of my dog who tore her ACL. They were kind and compassionate. They were very thorough in the exam and explained everything to me in detail. They made sure she was comfortable with pain medication and gave me instructions on how to take care of her and what to do next. They also emailed me all of her labs, radiology reports, and records. Thank you so much.
5 stars for the people there, the work, and helping my cat get better after an emergency trip late one night. It’s the Permian, so expect Permian prices + an emergency vet clinic price. Still paid it though, so I can’t knock stars off for that. Definitely recommend if you need an emergency vet in the area.
