“Would give 10 stars if I could. After fighting my old ac for 10 days, & company couldn't figure it out, I called Aztech AC & Heating. Steve came out & gave me a price on new unit(this was on Friday afternoon). Couldn't get to AC & Fur down for a couple of weeks, but came out Monday (today) & installed new AC. Will get Fur Down unit in cooler weather. Men did a quick but Great job. Up & running in a little over an hour. Highly recommend!!!!“

“The repairs were set up on the wrong range. The tech called and had the ticket corrected. He was very professional and efficient. He checked and made sure the range was working before he left. The Customer Service department, setting up the appointment and calling back to discuss the warranty on the range I was no longer using was worthless. 7 people later, 5 transfers, 3 chats, holds and got disconnected twice. 1st after holding for 40 minutes the rep picked up while talking in the background and hung up. The 2nd time, rep hung up as I was telling her what was going on, again after holding for another 20 minutes. extremely unsatisfied with the Customer Service Process.“

“This place is wonderful..if you live close please bring your pets here for vetting also bring all your fur babies to get fixed,this area is full of unnecessary animals having babies and not enough homes for them,this place will fix your babies cheap,and ways to get it basically free with donations, volunteering,pay what you can afford,so there is absolutely no reason to not keep those babies from getting pregnant. The staff is absolutely awesome and nice,they even have food,harnesses,sweaters,toys again donations or pay what you can afford,to help your fur babies..keep those babies on a leash while out walking and keep them in your vision while outside,too many go missing,it's your responsibility as a fur parents to do this. Again come bring your babies,volunteer,donate!!“

“Andrew called to verify the size of water heater we needed replaced. He went above and beyond to find the correct size as it is not one they normally carry. He let me know what my options were. I wasn’t sure so I told him I needed to call my husband. He said “no problem.” It took several phone calls with Rheem for our warranty, calls to my husband and calls with Andrew. But every phone call, he was so polite, never acted irritated with all my questions and answered everything in great detail. Andrew came to replace the water heater. He and Canon were very polite, worked quickly, left no mess and honestly, they just made my entire day better! Thank you Bosworth for having such amazing employees!“
