I would give them 0 stars if I could. Every appliance we have purchased from Best Buy have gave out a couple months in. We have had issues with numerous appliances Right now it's our refrigerator. All out food is spoiled and the only amount they want to cover is $300 of it. Will not purchase any more appliances from here. Geek squad is a joke and to even get an appointment it's a hassle.

I wanted to make an appointment to take my new device in that I purchased at BB but they wanted to assist over the phone. The tech that helped me could not have been any nicer or more patient. He could not get the issue resolved tho, so I am back to square 1.

What a joke this place is. I just needed to pick up a tv that was defective under the manufacturer warranty. Couldn't get anyone to help. Spoke the the "manager" Jorge and he was beyond unhelpful. I wish there was a 0 star option. No wonder electronic store physical locations are going out of business. No priority for the customer.
