Brandon and Xavier showed up earlier than expected and within 15 minutes they found the problem and had it fixed in an hour.
They showed us how they were going to fix it and tested the repairs when done.

I had a breaker tripping right away and some outlets not working. They came over and found the issue right away and replaced outside outlet, replaced burnt wires, and found the issue with the metal electrical cover outside. They even replaced it with a plastic cover to prevent rusting and possibly arching again.
