I had a great experience with United General Service while remodeling the back half of our home. After buying our house, we found 2 'DIY additions' that were poorly built--everytime it rained water would flood our sunroom.
We had reached out to several contractors, but were not able to settle on a good price and vision. However, when we spoke to Jimmy he listened to what we needed and was able to come in to our budget. Jimmy was great to work with and his team was amazing. They were knowledgeable patient and hard working. If we had questions or suggestions they were always willing to accommodate.
I knew my fence was in need of replacement when I bought my house in 2019. I couldn't do patchwork repairs any longer. Jimmy and his team gave me a fair quote and despite some weather delays, my new fence was completed quickly. They did a great job. During this process, we had roof hail damage. Got them to do an estimate and; once insurance did their part, I had a new roof within a few days! Highly recommend UGS!

I highly recommend this company! Absolutely the best in quality, price and customer service. I was referred to this company by a friend and am so grateful I called them. I had already had another technician from another company come out and inspect my tenants air conditioning unit that stopped working. They quoted me a long list of necessary repairs at a cost of $1400 that would need to be completed first before they could diagnose the issue or ensure the unit could be repaired in lieu of having to get a brand new AC.
