I have called several times for the one in Mesquite and they put me on hold. They don’t tell me anything and I get disconnected. I tried to call back again 3 times after getting hung up on. Then, then finally got a hold of the coordinator who said she was going to call me back this afternoon. Then, that did not happen. I called back and then was told don’t worry , we are here until 5:00 pm and she will call you back. That did not happen either. So far, I do not have an answer from them to help my daughter.
