Innovista Medical Center - Mesquite

I give this a 3 STAR rating. I have encountered professional and caring staff since about almost two years now bringing both my parents. The doctor we are seeing now is good. The reason why I do not give a 5 STAR rating is because I had a really bad experience with one of their physicians and a medical assistant. The medical assistant had to draw blood from my mother twice in which I understand we are human, and mistakes happen. The problem was the way she approached my mother. Sometimes we need to be a little more professional and humbler to own up to our mistakes and apologize to patients. Really great people and service. Medical assistant Stacey was super friendly and Dr. Nazim has a wonderful bedside manner. Front desk friendly and facility is nice and clean. I also love that the BlueCross Blue shield office is right there in case of any issues. This is the most comfortable I've been a medical office in years. Kudos to the entire staff for my first visit a pleasant one. ?

This was my first visit with Sanitas Medical Center in Mesquite. My intentions were to establish a new provider to take care of my medical needs which I found to be the best facility.The Nurse Practitioner that I visited with was very knowledgeable and checked me quickly and properly. Front desk staff were very friendly and cordial. I recommend me Highly!! And so, convent to my home which I do not have to travel far.
