I write this review truly, truly grateful. I've read some of the reviews, good, bad, ugly, and I have to say that this place is a lighthouse. The staff is incredibly kind and gifted, and the way everyone in the building is a team. They all know their job and work well together. Thank you to the entire staff for being so phenomenal!! When reading the reviews keep in mind these people are not babysitters and as "grown" people should pickup after themselves. This crew is there to help us in our journey whether it's doing drug tests for a new job, or helping us get healthy to return back to work. NOVA you are amazing continue to shine!!!

I really enjoy coming to the location in Mesquite,TX. The staff is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Completely professional from start to finish. I encourage anyone needing testing, therapy or medical assistance to visit this location. I’d especially like to thank the staff for making my visit an enjoyable one. Thank you Ms Jazzy…you did a wonderful job. Thank you front office staff members and thank you to the attending physician.

In and out. 30 minutes. Urinalysis came back as "diluted". No funny business on my end. I take my profession seriously. Went back for a 2nd test. In and out less than 30 minutes. Hope to get fast and accurate results for new employment window. I'll update with accuracy of labs
