FERSA has done a great job for me. Luis is honest and professional and puts the customer's needs first. Each response from the company is friendly, prompt and efficient, and the customer service staff is great.
I actually was calling a different HVAC company and called the wrong number. It turned out to be a blessing. My HVAC quit working after an electrical spike on Saturday. I called and got FERSA HVAC. They sent a technician out within an hour. He diagnosed the issue, fixed it and even changed my filter. I was able to continue my plans for a family cookout. I couldn't be happier with the service and expertise of the technician. The price was more than fair too.
Luis was awesome! I like how he make sure you know what he did and is very knowledgeable about his profession. Fersa y'all struck gold when y'all hired him. Prices were reasonable and he was very timely. This guy enjoys what he does, you can tell by his dedication and work ethic.
