Had an issue with a laptop that had been in another shop waiting for repairs. Decided to retrieve it and take it ICON Computers for a second opinion. I called and spoke with the owner, Arthur over the phone. He was VERY helpful so I decided to take it in. He did a quick diagnostic and told me to check back in a few hours. I went back around 4 pm and the laptop was repaired and running LIKE NEW !!! He thoroughly explained the problem and what he did to correct it. He even added some extra security programs and other things to keep it running like new. AWESOME !!!! Highly suggest using him if you have any computer issues !!
