This company was referred by my neighbor who also used and loved them. I called to discuss some water pooling in front of my house and they were very honest about the type of testing they would need to identify the area leaking (this is the $200ish price people are complaining about). Within an hour, they identified the leak and the very next morning they were onsite, and on time, to make the fix. I believe it was a fair price and they answered all my questions along the way. The office was responsive and helpful as well.

We needed emergency plumbing service for a broken pipe at one of our rental houses. Flow sent someone over immediately who took care of it right away. Reasonable price too. Top marks.

Everyone starting with the initial phone call and ending with the repair work and technicians was very professional, and great. As the work progressed, the wonderful technician explained what he (they) were doing and the purpose of the way the work was being done. I tend to ask a lot of questions and they were very personable but professional and answered ALL my questions. Therefore, I totally understood and understand what they did and why it was done as they did the required work. They take complete pride in their work but most importantly in the outcome of their work for their clients.
