Best optometrist I have ever visited. Dr. Boyd seriously cares about her patients and always makes me feel seen. I was very nervous for my eye exam because I have social anxiety and felt embarrassed about my vision problems, but she genuinely made me laugh, relax, and feel understood with my problems. I now have a prescription that works a lot better!!!!

Love the Doctor, been going to her since 2019 but unfortunately they do not accept my insurance. But that's not the problem. The receptionist ( claims she is new) been giving me the run around for a whole month. When she finally got me in she never asked me what type of insurance I have, now bad on my part because I should have researched instead of just showing up but I felt the need to write a review because I requested to be off from work and drove 30 minutes for nothing.

I gave Dr Boyd 5 stars because there werent 10 stars. The only problem i had was trying to find her thru GPS at Walmart. I kept getting the vision wear located next door to her ofc when i was trying to make an @pt for an eye exam. The Vision Eyewear were so helpful, they gave me her Ofc phone #. Absolutely no complaints! Glad i found her.
