“Nikki came by to provide an inspection on my roof, and she was awesome! She showed up on time, was very respectful, and honest about her thoughts. Most contractors (in my experience) will try and find something to up charge you on, or lie about what is actually happening. Not the case here with Nikki! She told me there was nothing concerning and that my roof was in good shape. Will be keeping her in mind for any future roofing needs though! Thanks for your help Nikki!“

“I had a great experience with United General Service while remodeling the back half of our home. After buying our house, we found 2 'DIY additions' that were poorly built--everytime it rained water would flood our sunroom.

We had reached out to several contractors, but were not able to settle on a good price and vision. However, when we spoke to Jimmy he listened to what we needed and was able to come in to our budget. Jimmy was great to work with and his team was amazing. They were knowledgeable patient and hard working. If we had questions or suggestions they were always willing to accommodate.
