I've been letting my hair grow out from a bad cut at a "cheap" salon elsewhere a few months ago... Called Finesse and was so lucky to get ROLANDO as my hair care expert. Rolando was wonderful, and I cannot stop smiling at finally having beautiful hair again every time I pass a mirror!!! He did a terrific job and was very professional from the moment I walked in the salon. I love my stacked bob. it is flattering and easy to take care of. The entire salon atmosphere was great actually, and the entire process with Rolando was a terrific experience. Great experience. Ms. Clara took her time, pays attention to details and makes you feel so comfortable. The salon is clean and everyone wears masks. I recommend it. Will definitely be back.
First of all the employees here at this location is great! Never have I had anyone be rude or show negativity. They are always nice and talk to you. For a business that is great! Great employees means great business! I've been coming here because I have a good friend that does my hair here. She is the best! When I'm with her the other employees come and talk, it's like you're at a table with friends. It's very welcoming and friendly. They do hair, color, waxing, even have a massage person too and they also do nails and toes! It's a all around great place! Check them out and see!
