“They did a great job on my super gross carpets and sofa. I can walk barefoot and sit on my couch again which I felt needed to be burned prior to Keith's visit. Senior dog, young big dog a bird and kids. They all caused this! They were able to schedule within my schedule, gave me a heads up so I could put the dogs up and arrived only 10-20 minutes past the arrival time heads up. Perfectly normal. We can't control traffic and such. They were efficient, thorough and done when they said they would be. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was I didn't know how to pay and the final total until they were going out the door, I had to ask and good thing my bank offers his pay method. There was quite a bit of water on the entry way floor and one of our end tables was covered in water. I cleaned up both. All in all, the price though a bit higher than the high end estimate was absolutely worth it. I think with a little finessing of details and more confidence in his ability Keith will rate 5 stars from every client.“
