Richard Arciniega (Baker Brothers) did a good job replacing a cracked AC condensate pan on our Trane air conditioning unit air handler. He was able to reconfigure the condensate drain line to allow the installation of a vent on the drain side of the P-Trap that needed to be there. He overcame not receiving the correct drain pan for the unit the next day and also figured out how to work around not getting a part needed to complete the job. He indicated that he would return to install that part when it arrives.
Baker Brothers was quick to diagnose the problem. They were thorough and explaining my options and they were even quick to make the repairs. They were professional at all times. they were friendly and caring. I definitely have saved their number for future calls and it's wonderful that there are multiple modality service and I can get my heating, electrical, and plumbing taking care of under one company.
I was worried that they were going to be very expensive but they were very reasonable. Eric was able to clear the sewer blockage in about 15 minutes. He was very professional and upfront about pricing. When done he offered some great advice and recommendations for preventing it from happening again. No bait and switch marketing just honest and reliable service. Thanks again for the help!
