AymanCare Mesquite | Primary Care Clinic

I've been fairly disappointed with this clinic. I've made no effort to hide the fact that I am disabled and have complex chronic health issues since my first appointment. They allowed me to utilize their services for over 6 months for primary care needs (during which I had to advocate like mad just to get referrals and requested labs), all while denying me medically necessary care because they couldn't be bothered to educate themselves on how to responsibly manage that type of care.Let me be clear, I am ALL for setting and accepting boundaries, and I definitely can see that their providers were/are not competent to provide the care I need. Like the other reviews that keep getting deleted, Ayman care has been terrible. Seems all they’re interested in is high-billing and not actually seeing the patients or learning more about their conditions. The doctor is constantly frantically running around and the reception lady at front (Noor?) needs to seriously work on her client skills. What a disaster. Third time I’ve been here and they were so behind schedule as always. I don’t think I could ever come back.

Well I’m guessing because I told the truth and they don’t want anyone to know how bad this office is my review has been removed but to make a long story short! Doctors unprofessional and I heard it in the phone one day as they thought they had me on hold but didn’t . Spoke to office manager about unprofessional staff she informed me she could tell them but can not do much about it ! I walked out in my last appointment due to the front desk staff and head doctor talking about things they shouldn’t with my door not all the way closed
