First time ever calling them. The young lady that answered the phone was extremely nice. They worked me in on short notice, the technician was nice, knowledgeable, and had my issue addressed very quickly. They will be my first call for HVAC issues now.

Chase was on site and diagnosed the problem. Offered a couple of solutions. Got a complete condensing unit overnight. Josh installed the unit the next day. Ran perfectly. Thank you for being courteous and your professionalism.

The entire experience with Cross Country was a pleasant experience. I called them and spoke with Shannon. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He scheduled our install of a new condenser and inside coil. It was quick, efficient, and seamless. The service technicians arrived and instantly began the install. I could not have been more pleased with the technicians. They kindly explained every step along the way. Once installed, they double checked the system to ensure it's efficiency.
