We had a new HVAC System installed about 5 years ago and these guys have been great! I've had them out for PMs a few times and David has always done a great job. We noticed on Monday evening that the house was getting hot and I did some troubleshooting to discover that the compressor just wasn't kicking on. It ended up being a capacitor, so it was a pretty easy fix, but here's the thing. I left a voice mail around 9:30 PM just so I'd be in the queue in the morning and they CALLED ME BACK at 10:00 PM to let me know they got my message! I wasn't expecting that! I'm a day late, but need to give a shout out to David Wilson. Yesterday, 6/22/23, was national HVAC tech day and David provided service that was above and beyond! Thank you for your customer obsession and quality work!

We were beyond impressed with Premier Air and Electric. After turning on our heater late on Friday night, an awful smell that can only be described as a dead animal came running out of our vents and filled our home. We contacted several companies, none of which were helpful or professional, and were told by all that our issue was a Pest Control problem that they were not willing to help with during weekend/emergency hours. Not so with Premier! From the get go, they were eager to hear us out, talk through possible reasons and solutions to our problem, get a technician out in a timely manner, and worked hard until the issue was resolved.
