If you are looking for a great and honest company stop looking because you have found it. We called, Jackie answered and put us on the schedule right away. David came out assessed everything and gave us all our options. Lee came by and explained what the problem was, he provided us with a few options and estimates explained the benefits of each and allowed us to make our own decision. We picked the option that worked best for us and they got it done. Lee's crew came in and when I tell you the level of knowledge and customer service was beyond anything I have experience. I live in a 30 year old farmhouse. My dinning room, kitchen, and laundry room was freezing while my upstairs didn't get any air at all and my downstairs master barely got any air. I called Premier after my landlord tried to get a one man shop or chuck in the truck provider to show up for two months. Premier responded quickly, scheduled a next-day appointment, arrived early to diagnose the problem.
