I live in a 30 year old farmhouse. My dinning room, kitchen, and laundry room was freezing while my upstairs didn't get any air at all and my downstairs master barely got any air. I called Premier after my landlord tried to get a one man shop or chuck in the truck provider to show up for two months. Premier responded quickly, scheduled a next-day appointment, arrived early to diagnose the problem. Will explained in detail the challenges with the original design of the air duct and vents and why I was getting cold air in only one section of the house without being condescending. After getting the quote and approving it, I scheduled a Monday morning appointment for repair. On the Sunday before my appointment, I called Premier to tell them we had another problem, my AC was not blowing at all. They offered to send a tech out immediately and again he showed up early. So grateful because it was over 100 degrees for weeks. David quickly identified that it was the battery that started the compressor. Something they would have identified if I had their Preventive Maintenance Agreement. On Monday, the installation team was so respectful of not messing up my clean house with all the old ducking, they chucked it out the upstairs windows and tried to keep the noise to a minimum since I work from home and had meetings all day. They also worked with me to make sure that the areas I live in the most got the most air versus the less frequent rooms. I am grateful that they recommended solution actually resolved the issue versus just putting a band-aid on the problem by throwing some more insulation on the ducts where it was missing. This redesign will is an investment that will last for the next couple of decades.
David Wilson came out to do a maintenance service on my a/c and he was wonderful. He was ok with my 2 yr old son wanting be be right beside him and watching everything that he was doing.❤️❤️❤️❤️and he was very polite and respectful.
