Despite being physically located in Round Rock, I appreciated that Gideon provided on-time and consistent updates on his arrival. While I'm generally cautious about sharing credit card information over the phone, Gideon assured me that the telephone line was secure before I provided my details. Having fraud alerts with my credit union helped ease my concerns. However, I was a bit disappointed that I didn't receive any pictures of his work. Although I couldn't be there in person to observe the haircut, I FaceTimed my brother afterward and was pleased to see the excellent job Gideon had done. His professionalism and courtesy were evident throughout the experience. Despite my absence, the service was convenient and hassle-free. I plan to use Highlight Clips Mobile Barber & Stylist again. I will have the nurse take pictures to showcase Gideon's exceptional work later.“
