Alex and team were great. Called them and was able to fix my pool issue within a day. He didn’t even charge me the service fee and just the capacitor that broke. They definitely deserve the 5 star rating.

Alex always does an amazing job cleaning our pool filter. In addition, he provides good tips on how to best maintain our pool, pipes and filter especially given that we have 5 mature oak trees surrounding our pool that drop catskins every spring. It makes for a very dirty filter, to say the least. Alex is also a great communicator and has such a great disposition about him that the customer service piece further solidifies our loyalty to having him as the only one we feel confident in servicing our pool.
