Last week on the 13th I had worked the day before our pickup and got home the morning of pickup as the driver was passing our house. I went in the garage and placed our containers out and without hesitation, the driver came back around and collected our trash. Thank you!
Office staff has been informative and helpful in all my dealings with them. For the most part, the weekly pick-up crew leave the trash bin in good shape, roadside. I’ve had a special pick-up one time that went smoothly. Overall, Waste Connections provides reliable, quality service.
The driver who picked up our recycling today (I think his name was John) was awesome! My wife had her hands full with the kids and he put our can away for her. He went above and beyond.Service: Waste recycling
