Wow! First my brother had an issue with his insurance and it took over half hour to rectify… he was still seen by the doctor. Second Lisa is amazing! She was patient and kind. Third Dr. Novosad was incredible! Answered all our questions, was compassionate and explained everything throughly. We did not feel rushed in any way and furthermore gained confidence in her ability to do the surgery. Thank you so much for helping ease the fear.Cool pics in the office too ☺️
