We hired Charlie to clean and polish the floors in our house in University Park (they had not been polished in 14 years). Charlie was a pro from start to finish. He was quick and thorough in visiting the house and providing a fair and complete proposal. He started the work within 10 days, and finished in less than 2 days, exactly as promised. While working in our house, he was very careful to utilize his own water and materials, and was friendly and kind to our grandkids, kids and housekeeper.
