PHP General services did an awesome job for me. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. My home was left fresh and sparkling clean. I would highly recommend them. They are honest and go above and beyond for their customers!

I had a last minute need for a deep cleaning of my house over the weekend and not many people responded to my request on Yelp for house cleaning services. PHP did, and they seemed the most professional. I really appreciated them contacting me on a weekend and they even responded on a Saturday and Sunday night. Two female cleaners came, and they were WONDERFUL!!! :) I was home helping, and they were a genuine joy to have over, and they even loved my dog and were so sweet to him! :) They worked hard and were also personable once they noticed that I like to get to know people if they want to open up. We actually had fun talking on and off, while they worked hard! :) Fernanda and Jackie are very good and a joy! I highly recommend them! :) The ONLY reason I have 4 stars and not 5 stars (because Fernanda and Jackie, themselves, deserve 5 stars!!!) is that the female scheduler, Carol, although very nice and helpful during the weekend, suddenly behaved very strangely on Tuesday when they came to clean. It was an hour after their arrival time, and I was not contacted at all. So I contacted them, and it was a mess of her saying "they'll be there at this time", and then another hour passed! It was very frustrating of course! 2 hours late! If they had contacted me and said what actually happened "Fernanda contacted me earlier this morning before your appointment that the first clean is much, much dirtier than the client stated. Is it ok if they come 2 hours later?" then I would have been TOTALLY ok with that! But I heard nothing, and she tried to blame it on Fernanda and Jackie not being able to pick up the phone since they were driving, yet she admitted she'd known from early in the morning. The cleaning ladies did their part. She was the one who dropped the ball and didn't do her part. I personally can't stand it when people won't take responsibility and apologize, especially when they try to throw their employees under the bus. That made me really mad. I responded respectfully yet honestly that it wasn't ok at all and that I saw through her attempts to blame shift. She finally apologized, which I appreciate, but she was silent for a long time before she did. I feel so bad for the cleaning ladies there, because most people may not have seen through her blame shifting and would have gone off on Fernanda and Jackie, when it 100% was not there fault! So that made me lose a lot of respect for their bosses, because I don't respect things like that. It's definitely not ok. If that hadn't happened, I'd only be raving about how hard the very nice ladies worked and how amazing my house now looks!!! :) So long story short, I may try them again, but I'm going to insist that they treat their cleaners and clients better. If they genuinely change (because we all make mistakes), then I'd love to have Fernanda and Jackie over as often as I can afford it! :)

PHP Services is amazing! The team is very professional and through. They took care of my home and areas of concern in a very efficient manner. They are trustworthy. You will be happy you called them!I give them 5 stars!!
