PermaTech Foundation Repair McKinney

Leaving a review for the inspection we received from Dylan. He was honest and transparent about our foundation repair requirements and was very knowledgeable. Although I did not end up using PermaTech I highly recommend getting a quote from Dylan.

Permatech completed foundation repair on a pier and beam house in downtown McKinney. Greg and his team (who were great to work with) installed pad and block. The work was completed in a timely manner. Dylan was the sales representative. He took his time and thoroughly explained the scope of work and what to expect. It was refreshing dealing with someone that put no pressure at all to make a sale. The quote was not only competitive but cheaper than all the other companies. I think I got four or five other quotes and they ranged from 1.2-2x what permatech quoted. ParmaTech foundation finish my foundation work couple of months back. They did a great job. The communication was really good and staff was professional. Dylan was very co-operative and help me customize a few things to meet my requirements. Good quality and good price. I have to see in long run, but so far it is looking great.
