This location was able to get me in for an emergency appointment. When I got to the office I realized they gave up their lunch break to fit me in. The whole staff was such a blessing making sure I was relieved of any pain I had the moment I walked in. Kindness at its best.
I visited the Monarch Dental office on HWY 121 in McKinney for the first time today and everyone there was fantastic. Grace greeted me when I walked in the door and was very friendly and helpful. She explained my insurance coverage and costs very well. The dentist and assistants were all wonderful and provided fabulous service! I am very pleased with my experience.
I’ve been going to Monarch for years. The staff are great, especially Gracie at the front desk- she’s always so friendly and she does a great job dealing with the insurance companies. The technicians are also really great. I would definitely recommend this office
