The service we received from James today was absolutely amazing. We had a vehicle that go to point A, but when it came time to drive back home, it wouldn't start. He diagnosed that it was the starter. He removed it, took it to get a second test on it (which in fact showed it to be kaput), picked up a new one, and got it installed -- all without the vehicle having to leave the HEB parking lot it was in! Everything was done in less than an hour and a half, and the price was absolutely unbeatable. I would highly recommend Mobile Mechanic Pros of McKinney!

Phenomenal performance. Customer service was excellent from both the man I spoke to on the phone and the mechanic that came out. They came within a few hours, changed my battery and oil in just over an hour. I highly recommended. Saved me the tow fee and days it would’ve sat in a shop.

Just had a heck of a day with my Dodge here in McKinney, TX. The radiator started acting up, and I was in a real bind. I called Mobile Mechanic Pros on a friend’s recommendation, and boy, am I glad I did. The mechanic they sent was top-notch.
He came out to my place with all his gear, looked over my old truck (she’s a bit of a relic but gets the job done), and found the leak quick as you like. He explained what was wrong in simple terms, which was good because I’m no expert on these things. Fixed her up right in my driveway, too. Did a clean job, charged a fair price, and was out before supper.
