The last chair lady on Sunday did this…. I have been going here for YEARS & NEVER has this happened….. my chin is so irritated and sore & still hurts & is sensitive. That girl needs some training or to not do threading anymore.
Always great welcoming staff and awesome customer service from the time you open the door to the second you hop out of your chair and push the door open to walk out with their excellent service of your choice done to perfection and with excellent!! Love getting my eyebrows and eyebrows tinted here really the only place I can trust
