Todd answered my call right away (even though it was a holiday) regarding an electrical issue that was discovered by the HVAC tech at my home with my A/C units. He asked a couple of questions to help me troubleshoot the issue. While he checked his inventory to ensure that he had the correct circuit breaker, he advised me to call my power company to be sure there wasn’t an underlying issue with power to the property. After we were able to eventually resolve the problem (faulty voltage meter), Todd followed up with a phone call to ensure that everything was settled. He’s the real deal.
