Our family experience for the last 2.5 years has been fantastic with this gym and these trainers.From my husband and I at the time being in our late 40s needing to lose weight and build muscle, our son preparing for military bootcamp, to our youngest who is also an athlete building her strength agility but most importantly, her self confidence we couldn’t have done it without the encouragement and support from the team at FIT.The gym is clean, the trainers are passionate in their work, and there is a trainer/ program for whatever your fitness goals may be.
Mr. Marvin has been an inspiration and great blessing to me and our family. He has been a part of bringing me back to life after a major health setback. The entire gym is uplifting and energetic! It is never too late to get yourself back and even better! A great family!
I’ve been training at FIT for the past four years. I’ve worked out coupled with my husband, as well as on my own. My trainer, Will, always checks in with me before we start the session to see what is going on with my body. He keeps me on track with nutrition, stretching, and what I need to do to maintain muscle, as well as my weight. I enjoy the trainers, atmosphere and their clientele. I highly recommend the FIT family for anyone looking for a gym.
