I’ve been seeing Dr. Turner for about three years now, and I can’t say enough good things about her and the entire office. Dr. Turner truly listens. I never feel rushed, and she’s helped me work through some very frustrating eye issues that other doctors weren’t able to resolve. That alone sets her apart. The office staff is equally exceptional. Communication is clear, efficient, timely and respectful. My schedule doesn’t allow much flexibility for phone calls, and unlike many other medical offices, they actually honor my preference to communicate via text or email. They read what I send, respond thoughtfully, and don’t default to calling anyway. Being able to handle everything virtually, including coordination of my benefits, makes the entire experience seamless and low-stress. After dealing with several disorganized and frustrating medical offices elsewhere, working with Eldorado Vision & Optical is a breath of fresh air.
