Dry Cleaners in Mckinney

“I've been patronizing this location for years. However, I'm not sure if due to a change in management or employees, but the new lady at the counter does nothing more than intake. For example, I informed her that some metal button clasps on a shirt were damaged the last time they pressed it. She didn't know how to reply, and ultimately concluded she wouldn't fix it. Either way, I'd like to see the old management/employees back to retain the customer service it once had. Still, I give the location four stars solely due to the amazing HISTORY of customer service, but you really learn something about a business when something doesn't go as planned.

UPDATE: When going to pick up my dry cleaning, I met the owner who confirmed that the morning employee only does intake, so he asked me to bring the shirt pictured to him. When I did, he offered to fix it, so I've upgraded back to stars.

The owner really went above and beyond to make the alterations and teach me, in great detail, how to wear the outfit appropriately. I sooooo greatly appreciated her help! I’ll be coming here for all my alterations and dry cleaning in the future. Highly recommend!“
