I have had my fair share of horrible experiences with the dentist but the moment I walked into Enamel Dentistry in McKinney, I felt welcomed and at ease. Once I was in the chair, I was given a blanket and sunglasses to help with my comfort levels. In addition to that, the office has amazing technology and the staff was so friendly. Dr. Ravin immediately put me at ease and we had great conversation before he even started my cleaning. I felt like I was going to see some long time friends! “I just had my first appointment today, and I am beyond happy with the whole experience. I was seen exactly at my appointment time, no waiting around, and the hygienist Desiree was awesome, as was the dentist (I missed his name) I get anxious going to dental visits and usually want to get out of there as fast as possible. However, I was made to feel very comfortable, everything was explained thoroughly and I did not feel like I was being "upsold" which has been my experience at other dentists. Please believe when I say I am one picky patient, but I would honestly give more than 5 stars if it were an option!
