Felipe and Manuel are the best! Felipe is a great supervisor, I had bad experience dealing with other people when I had issues, there were not that professional, Felipe must to train other technicians.
Initially, I had an issue with water not draining in my laundry room. Felipe and Manuel came and cleared the clog, and we tested to ensure everything was working fine. However, they didn’t stop there—they went outside to double-check that there were no blockages in the system. I have a new home that D&M plumbing did the plumbing on for D R Horton homes in Silverado. I have tried everything to get my plumbing problem fixed (when I turn on the washing machine I can’t take a shower, the water pressure/volume drops to near nothing. I called D&M requesting they come out and find the problem. I provided the attached photos. I’m not a plumber but I have owned 4 other homes. Never had this problemAfter several requests for something to be done a representative contacted me. They agreed to come out and check out the problem. This company came to replace my tankless water heater and they were very late. On a positive note, The guy who replaced it was quick and changed it out. They replaced it with a water heater of value about $1000. My initial water heater was valued at $2000. When I called to figure out why they installed a water heater that was less comparable they said it was sufficient and then hung up on me. This place is unprofessional and told me to contact our builder about the problem. I can’t imagine paying this company any money. Stay awayService: Water heater installation
