I worked with both Eric and Dave. They coordinated not only my new fence but a new stone retaining wall as well. I could not be more pleased! The fence and wall are both beautiful! Eric and Dave both kept in constant contact with me and did everything they said they would! It was a fantastic experience and so refreshing to experience true customer service! I would say if you are in the market for a new fence, just call Cedar Creek Fences! You will not regret it.

Dave, the owner, was very helpful in covering all the details of fence building done at the highest level. He explained all to me, answered all my questions, then my wife arrived home and covered the same all over again with her. We interview 9 different Fence company's and Cedar Creek Fence checked all our boxes. Eric, the partner with Dave, came by twice to check on things. He was on top of things also. The crew, lead by Aron, was superb, every detail was done with perfection and they actually finished one day early. They finished on Friday at dusk, that major storm came on Saturday night with winds 70-80 miles per hour. Our old fence probably would not have totally held up to that wind. I had the pleasure of working with Dave at Cedar Creek Fences on a project that involved both fence replacement and the construction of a retaining wall with a flagstone finish. I must say that the collaboration between Cedar Creek Fence and the retaining wall company (North Texas Stone Masons and Water Gardens) they referred me to was nothing short of impressive, ensuring a seamless and beautiful result. We wanted real Western Cedar and went with board on board, with cap and standard gates. We also redid the pool equipment fence and even had them demo an old shed. Dave answered every question with care, and attention and came through on his promises! Cedar Creek Fence's team deserves applause for their overall performance. They were professional, and efficient, and demonstrated excellent craftsmanship. They took care of every aspect of the project flawlessly, There was one minor hiccup in the process - the subcontracted staining. The scheduling for the staining process proved to be somewhat cumbersome as it's not directly through Cedar Creek. Initially, they were a no-show, which wasn't known until I reached out, leading to a rescheduling, which was inconvenient. Additionally, they provided another date without checking for my availability, which was a little annoying. During the staining, there was overspray in various areas that required cleanup. I reached out to Dave and he promptly informed the Stain Company. The stain team did return to clean up the overspray, which was appreciated. However, what left room for improvement was their lack of follow-up to ensure that all areas of concern had been adequately addressed before leaving the site. I still have stains in areas that they overlooked on my pool deck and driveway. In summary, Dave and his team at Cedar Creek Fences handled their part of the project impeccably, leaving me highly satisfied with the fence and retaining wall. It's evident that they take pride in their work and strive for excellence. However, the subcontracted staining process could have been a smoother experience with better communication and follow-up. Overall, we are delighted with the final result and would recommend Cedar Creek Fences for their quality workmanship
