Dr. Ingram and her staff are awesome! Unfortunately, I’ve had to use their services too many times in the last 2 months. But, they have been so caring and attentive every single time! Thank you Dr. Ingram and staff!!!!!

My daughter and I visited this CareNow yesterday evening for the first time after finding out our insurance was no longer accepted at a different urgent care. I called prior to driving over and Keaira answered the phone and was so nice and helpful. She was able to confirm in seconds that our insurance was accepted. Score! After we arrived we were greeted with her kind smile at check-in. We were then called back by the most fabulous nurse, Clint! He was amazing, happy and just all around great. We saw Dr. Ingram after and she was just as fabulous! We were in and out so quickly! We had an all around great visit.
The wait was longer than I wanted especially since I used web check in. But the Paramedic George and Doctor Ingraham could not have been more pleasant or professional. Great treatment.
