My experience here has been amazing. All the girls at the front desk are very informative and helpful. My son’s orthodontist is also great and explains every detail of service.
This place is a scam and a rip off. It's a mill. They process tons of people through quickly without providing any meanful service. The dentist never explained to what service she was providing and the staff never told me the costs associated with it and if my insurance covers it. So the dentist did a "deeper level cleaning" than was not covered by my insurance without ever discussing it with me. Plus the cleaning itself was not very good even when I thought it was a basic cleaning. Then when you get to the front after the fact, they just tell you how much you owe. Never why or how it got to that number. But they ARE willing to offer your Care Credit for their unethical price gouging. It's a shady business model and unethical business practice. Steer clear. Update: When I called to formally compain to the main office, I was told that I was also charged $150 for the toothbrush kit that I was given at the end of my treatment. No one asked me if I wanted it or indicted that I would be charged for it. Today was the first I found out I was charged for it almost 2 weeks after the treatment. Called to complain to the office manager, Ashley and even offered to bring them back their entire kit (with everything unopened) and was told that she can't process a refund for retail items. So that's the kind of hustle they are running there. You give me something else I didn't ask for, charge me without my knowledge and won't process a refund when I want to bring you back the "gift" you gave me at the end of my treatment. Ashley also told me that the dentist lied and said she went over the treatment with me ahead of time. Which she absolutely did not. When I asked for the dentist's first name to file a formal complain with the board, she refused to provide it. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
