So I hit a rock on the road which damaged my front right rim and popped the tire. I wasn’t able to swerve out of the way due to the fact there were cars next to me. This was my first time using them so I wasn’t sure how everything worked. I called them today to file a claim because the papers I was given stated I need to call for pre authorization claim before any repairs or replacements were made. The person I talked to was helpful told I didn’t need to do that and the location I was going to have my vehicle serviced will file the claim for me and stated I would be able to take to any Honda dealership.
