I did get lower pricing from other companies but I decided to hire G.I.S. because Tony didnt just take a look, give me an estimate, and walked out the door. He took the time to tell me what needed to be done, took measurements, gave me tips on how to prevent future drywall cracking. He was also very responsive to my calls and text messages, and repair looks good!“
