Bill Dunlap came to our house to repair a busted pipe in an interior wall. We purchased ALL pieces, which he destroyed, injured himself, and bled all over our home. We asked if he needed medical assistance, which he denied and tried to continue working. He then stated he was leaving and would not deposit the 75$ fee since he did not complete the work. He lied, he totally deposited the check, and would not answer ANY calls from us. DO NOT USE THIS SEVICE!!!Service: Pipe repair
If I could give a negative star review coupled with the biggest red flag possible I would. I am currently still without hot water since the ice storm of February 2021, and I would rather bath in ice water until I die than have this unprofessional and frankly dangerous man ever step foot on my property let alone allow him to work on my plumbing. In March/Early April of 2021, our upstairs toilet let out and we were assigned this plumbing company. When I answered the door to let him in (his name matched the name of this company, so I am thinking he is the owner), he was not wearing a mask and I asked him to please wear one and also please put booties on. This is an industry standard ask in construction, however, guess what? We were all in the midst of a Pandemic with little to no info on how it spreads. Before he responded to that, my lovey corgi was curious who this man was at the door, and was getting a little mouthy (this is a corgi trait). Instead of saying a normal thing about a medium sized non threatening dog, this human piece of trash said the following statement "If that dog touches me, I will kill it" and then proceeded to refuse to wear a mask or booties. When I told him he was not stepping foot in my house without either, he muttered some anti masker bs and turned and walked away. Fast forward to 2021, and we are looking to get our damaged pipes fixed and who should pop up as a scheduled plumber through our homeowner's insurance? This plumbing company. I cannot stress enough how much I do not recommend this company in anyway. Has this man actually killed a customer's dog? Can't say that, but u know what I can say? He will threaten to do so. If you have homeowners insurance and he pops up, ask for a new plumber.
If I could give zero stars I could. Most unprofessional service ever. I understand the plumbing industry very well as I use to manage one. Never have I had a technician fail to call and keep the customer updated, yes unforeseen events happen that delays a service call but keeping customers updated especially knowing that they make time out of their busy lives to wait is essential in a business. I first received a text that they would be available Monday after lunch to complete the service. After hours of waiting I called only to be told they would not come out until Tuesday between 11 and 3. On Tuesday I received a call from them saying they would be there after lunch. Tuesday 3pm came and no plumber. I called after waiting all day and was told they would not be available until Wednesday. Absolutely ridiculous. I called another plumber. Will never use this service EVER!
