My Sales Rep, Kevin was excellent, very detail oriented, we hae a few oddly shaped windows and they were by far and away better priced than Lowe's or Home Depot. We purchased 17 windows and had them installed. The installation went great, Mike was very friendly, and they cleaned up well and went through each window to make sure everything was functional. We have a 1951 home and needed new windows. We had 7 new windows put in by window world and it was the best experience. When you buy an old home and renovate you deal with alot of contractors and we have to say it was the best decision to hire window world. They came in and installed the windows in 4 hours and cleaned up and demonstrated how to use them, very professional and knowledgeable. Years later we called them again to do 3 more windows & we received the same service. And now a few later, just yesterday we finally finished the last of the house windows, they installed 5 windows and the service was just as easy.
