Love Dr. Thieland. He explains in detail! I'm not inpatient if he takes too long when someone else is ahead of me cuz I know he explains thoroughly when it's my fur babies turn to be seen. Prices are very reasonable and he gives you several options to decide what is best for your budget and your fur baby. Vet techs are so kind and loving towards my fur baby. Very busy office and I understand why. Love love love Dr. Thieland! May God bless him and may Saint Francis always be by his side to heal all of God's creatures!

Dennis Thielen has been taking care of family pets since he first opened, and he has been providing affordable, competent veterinary care to Valley animals and owners. He is honest and compassionate. It's very evident he loves what he does, and it's about helping animals. Knowing that prohibitive costs keep people from seeking veterinary care, he's managed to keep his costs as reasonable as possible. If only there were a way to clone this amazing doctor!!!

I have been taking my lab and husky with Dr. Thielen for four years now and I will never go anywhere else! He is very attentive, caring, and also very detailed when it comes to explaining treatments and care. We recently rescued a cat who had a severe infection, and he helped us nurse her back to health. What I really appreciated was the follow up calls Dr. made to check on Emerald, our cat. She just got spayed yesterday (which every responsible pet owner should do), and I was super confident that she was in great hands. Thank you Dr. Thielen and staff for always providing the best care for our fur babies! Highly recommend! You all rock!
