My husband and I both had appointments for lab work set for 8:15 a.m….I was called in within 15 minutes and here it is almost 45 minutes later and he has yet to be seen….I understand that we are not the only patients but there have been numerous amount of others who came in after us and have came and gone.?

Great front office staff experience! I mainly deal with front office rep Jessica who always responds to the concerns of the the patients and goes above and beyond to help. I have never had nothing but great things to say about them!

the doctors are great the front staff is the problem. i took my CT scan results from the ER and gave them to the front staff for an appointment i told them put it in my file for my follow up. i go to my scheduled appointment that was for the follow up on the CT scan to find out that they lost my paperwork and my CT CD!!! I got after the front staff just to be told that they are too many patients that they don’t remember. I’ve had many bad instances with the front staff they don’t even answer their phones anymore spoke with the office manager just for her to say it’s because they are getting a new system which isn’t even good. the whole front staff needs to be...read full review
