My appointment was for 1 to 5 pm. I get a call at 11 that he is on his way, but there is no one home. I agreed to return after 1. Then the charge to replace a drain pump was almost $700! Plus the diagnostic fee of $129. I can buy a new one for that price. I don't think I'll be using their service again.
Technician installed part and left. He was professional. After leaving and I turned in my washing machine, it did not fix the problem. There is still water in the machine and it does not finish the cycle. I spent $795 and nothing has changed. I need this fixed or send my money back.
