She is a well knowledgeable doctor. I took 3 hours in there. She made multiple tests and made sure my daughter got the right prescription. Another thing you have to account for is that she is actually the one doing the tests in the room, and there is no one else helping her. When you go with any big optometrist that we have in the valley, the doctor just sees you at the end. The other doctors helpers do the work for the doctor. I would rather wait and get the full attention of the doctor than pay for doctors' helpers. Yes, they do get walking, but they give priority to the ones that have appointments. This dr has definitely gone downhill the past 2 years. The staff is standoffish and doesn’t explain things properly. I went in for an exam and was told it would be minimum 2 hr wait. Don’t waste your time when you can go somewhere else and be seen faster.

Make an appointment yall! Don’t do walk-ins I know better, I work for an optometrist office myself. My grandma needed to see an optometrist we were walk-ins..I’m glad they were able to help. Unfortunately it was a very long wait (our fault) make an appointment! And Dr. OCampos office was short staffed which is normal and it happens. I know from experience when a office is short staffed be patient and kind. You are getting your eyes serviced and sometimes it takes longer than usual. Leo and Luis did a great job very organized and under pressure they were able to get their work done. It takes a lot of patience to deal with patients who are upset because of wait time.... read full review
