When he completed our tax returns, there were mistakes that caused issues, including a temporary loss of passports and incorrect address information. The entire experience was marred by delays and a lack of transparency. Whenever I raised concerns, he would over-explain and justify the errors instead of being straightforward. Overall, I wouldn't recommend his services based on my experience
